Our company does retrofit window replacement. We have been in business since 1990.We have a 5 star rating and thousands of satisfied customers. NO SALESMEN! You'll deal directly with me the owner. You'll get a better product for less money. With windows it's all about heat loss and they measure that with what they call a U-Factor, the lower the number the better. Being a PUD approved contractor they require a U-Factor of .30. We can get that number down to a .21 for open windows and .18 for non opening windows. A third better but does not cost a third more. And if you live where there is a lot of noise it will almost eliminate it coming through the windows!
"Had Mike come look at our windows with intent to replace some of them. He called to tell me he was running a few minutes late (not a block of time but an exact time - how rare is that!). He was great about giving me info and recommended that we not replace them but get existing windows repaired instead. Wow! Blown away that he would trade the sale for honest recommendation in the best interest of customer."
