Outstanding work! We have a 3-story house with over 60 windows. Many require a 30+ foot extension ladder to get to. I had purchased what I believed was "professional grade" window cleaning equipment and tried to do at least some of them myself. The results had never been very satisfactory and many I simply could not reach, so they had not been cleaned in years.
Sunco's crew came out, on time, and did all the windows, and pressure washed, over the course of 2 days. They were very efficient and professional the entire time. I cannot say enough about the results. My wife and I were just marveling again this morning about how clean the windows look. And the driveway, and back patio, which both had serious moss growing on them, look great.
Bottom line, this is an excellent company. The "B" on price is only because I was impressed enough with Sunco that I did not "shop" the job to anybody else...and I expect there are companies that would do it cheaper. But I can't imagine that they would be more professional or do a better job. I plan to start having Sunco out twice a year from here on out. You won't be disappointed if you use their services.

"This customer wanted just the outside of her windows cleaned. Our crew cleaned the windows and told her that the insides were really dirty and that the windows would not look clean until the insides were cleaned. The customer was also informed that some of the windows had hard water spots that wouldn't come off, leaving the windows looking less than clean. Our manager tried to have her walk around with him to look at all the windows to give him her approval but she didn't want to, stating something to the effect of "They're ok, we are just turning it into a rental anyway." Our manager told me that she didn't seem interested in having the inside done (for only $1 more per pane) nor did she seem interested in any of the information that he was relaying to her about her windows. He said she just seemed like she wanted to close the door and be done with it. This customer also ignored the various disclosures about our online quote not being exact and that we would give an exact price when we arrived for the appointment and that the actual price could be more or less than quoted online. This is made clear to anyone who uses our online quote button as they are filling out the information if they take the time to read it. Our technicians arrived and did just that, and she insisted that we give her the price she was quoted "online" and we acquiesced. We stand behind our work and bend over backwards to take care of our customers. However, each customer has a part to play also. This customer called me to complain that a piece of glass had not been cleaned. I had already gotten an earful from our technicians about how unreasonable this customer had been. I told her that (based on my 15+ years of cleaning glass) what she was explaining to me was almost certainly hard water spots that would not come off. I never said that I would charge her if we came out to look at it as she claims. What I said was, "If we come out and look at it AND it is what I am talking about, then I would WANT to charge you for the trip." Big difference. We all need to be reasonable, and again, as she did when our crew was there, she was not listening very well. She replied with something to the effect that "I guess I will just have to trust you about that then." This job was a considerable trip from our shop and I didn't think that Sunco should have to make a trip back there for free if it was as our technicians told me, and had tried to tell her. We had already done the job for a discounted price, which we didn't have to do in the first place. Sunco would refuse to do business with this customer again."

"The company built the wrong screens to fit the window frame. The screens that we damaged were fixed by us at no charge to the customer. Sunco stands behind our work. We will fix anything we damage, however when a third party does not do their job correctly then it affects the next person in line. Maybe this company should leave behind instructions on how to remove and install the screens they make since they do not reflect the industry "norm". I stand behind my statements that these screens are made WRONG. We fixed the ones we damaged right away. as for you Dave, i am sorry you went through this. I do not feel we deserve this review as we did our job correctly. The screens are wrong.Please make sure YOU instruct the next person on how to take them out and replace them as so they wont get damaged again. I asked three times to have our roof treated along with gutter cleaning: in an email, on the phone and in person when Sunco came to do the job. For $175 we got our gutters blown out and the roof blown off but NOT treated. Taking about 15 minutes, four guys blew everything on the roof and in the gutters onto our deck and lawn with a high powered blower, leaving a mess I got to clean up. I feel ripped off and will never hire them again.

The morning after I wrote my negative review I got a call from Ryan with a sincere apology. He insisted Sunco refund our money and scheduled a return visit to apply the moss treatment to our roof. Dave came by this morning with a check for the full amount and he apologized then proceeded to finish the job at no extra cost.
Both owners Ryan and Dave took responsibility and made it right, because of their professionalism we will be loyal customers.

We scheduled an appointment for the following week which I promptly had to change the date because of travels. They were extremely helpful and promptly got us rescheduled. They showed up on time and were very professional. They explained their pricing model, gave us the total cost, we agreed and they went to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done in a couple of hours (and we have a lot of big windows). We have had quite a bit of construction work around our house so there was a lot of grime.
I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely have them back.
Although it is not inexpensive to have your windows cleaned by professionals, we noticed a huge difference immediately. I wish I would have done it a the beginning of the summer instead of the end. Well next year -- we will have them back much earlier.
