- Brennan Heating & Air ConditioningI called Brennan Heating on Monday after our 21 year old furnace had stopped working. It was inspected and determined that it needed to be replaced. They sent someone to give us an estimate the next morning. Rodney arrived on time and wrote out a fair estimate. We received a second estimate the following day from another company and decided to go with Brennan Heating. They were able to schedule us for Friday afternoon since we were using a small kerosene heater to heat our house. The installers arrived on time and had the job completed within 3-4 hours. They did a very professional job, were very friendly and efficient. Everyone including the person who answered the phone, the estimator, and the installers were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about the permits required for my city. They did an excellent job and we love our new furnace

- Trademark Mechanical Heating & Air ConditioningOn February 10th Trademark came in to install a tankless water heater. We were told this job would take up to 8 hours, however likely not more than 4 hours. They were at our house just shy of 12 hours and left a huge dirty exposed pipe coming into the garage with a hole that was incorrectly cut into our drywall, it didn't look professional at all. The next morning we awaken to a very strong smell of gas and had to evacuate the home. Avista shows up to confirm the gas line that they tapped into in the ceiling is leaking heavily as well as a second leak at the unit itself. Avista also pointed out that the exhaust pipe on the water heater was not in a sufficient space for air intake as it was in the utilities closet. They had to red tag our house and shut off the gas. Had to miss four additional days of work due to this, both them to fix mistakes in the original install and come back 3 times and fix cosmetic mistakes to cover the shotty workmanship. Went to meet with them to discuss the price since I don’t believe I should pay full price due to all the missed work, was basically told to get lost. They do not care about quality work or customer service. I would highly advise looking elsewher
- Brennan Heating & Air ConditioningBrennan was very professional on the phone. They came out quickly and assessed the situation accurately. I chose not to get the work done by Brennan. When the technician realized and explained the problem to me, I asked for my options. My options as he explained, were to get a new furnace (very hard sell) or replace the cracked register, but... 1) They said they couldn't get the piece for almost a week because of the model/brand of furnace I had. The other company had the part in hand almost immediately. 2) The price they quoted for the cracked heating register was much higher than the company I ended up going with. I did not choose Brennan to perform the work of replacing the cracked register. I felt their technician was way too high pressure sales on buying a whole new system. Also, after receiving the 2nd estimate of time and dollars, it appeared to me that the cost and time estimate Brennan provided were poor because they really hoped to steer me into a new furnace. Bottom line, I didn't come away feeling that I was being dealt with honestly or completely ethical. That to me is a deal breaker
