"It is our understanding that we originally installed a furnace for Ms. [member name removed] father - [member name removed] who was a registered architect. At some point during his renovations the homeowner removed the return air duct system. After his passing Ms. [member name removed] listed the house for sale and a home inspector pointed out the missing return air duct system, we gave her a price to rebuild the return system and she agreed to it. After repeated calls to get in to perform the work she informed us that she no longer needed our services."
"(member name removed), Thank you very much for your kind feedback. I'm very glad to hear that everything has been working well. Thank you so much for putting your trust in us to do the work at your house. Please don't hesitate to call if we can ever be of service, we greatly appreciate your business."
