Install was done within 3 days of the bid. Their bid was lower than the other company that bid, plus we received $125 Angie's list discount. They did lose the original request for and estimate that I sent from Angie's list, but I called them a few days later and we set up a time for them to do the bid.

This is the second time we have used this company and have had the pleasure of working with Andrew Froese who is the service manager and personally repaired both our air conditioner and now heater. I would definitely recommend again to all of my family and friends.

I bought an Ameristar (Chinese version of Goodman) AC unit and furnace from them. It went well. The outside unit had some cosmetic damage but they gave me a discount. (I told them we could either replace the cosmetic panels or a discount, I didn't care which) The work was done well enough for my technician's eye, but they weren't white glove service. (Of course I wasn't paying white glove prices either.) There were a few things they could have done better, but those things were mostly cosmetic and will be unlikely to impact the function of the unit. They did not have a problem with me being nosey and asking lots of questions, which to me is always a good sign. In the end I feel I got what I paid for and I am happy. :) I will probably call them back for service, if I remember to do service.

He arrived on time and began work. Everything was done well with the exception of one piece. The condensate line needed to be fixed so it didn't angle down prior to exiting the house. He suggested the only idea he could figure out and we agreed to try it. The inspector came out and said that fix wouldn't work. The inspector asked why the plumber didn't just run the line via the joist space. My husband ultimately went under the house, took out what the plumber had done, ran a single length of pipe to the connection, and when the inspector returned, he signed everything off. Wish the plumber had done that because it took a lot less time and was successful.

Wonderfully, there were a few gliches, but Marcus solved them within hous. The workers who actually installed the heater were excellent, patient, clean, and left me with absolutely no mess. Heater works like a champ! Everyone was on time and worked well together. Great people to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs. $4044 before rebate of $ 1300 rebate

Couldn't be happier! They gave me a very accurate window of time for when the technician would arrive (between 8-9am). He called at 8:05 to let me know he was 5 minutes out. Once he arrived, he was very quick and thorough, found the problem, charged minimal labor, and then was on his way within the hour. The thing that truly amazed me though, was when I called to make the appointment, I mentioned their current coupon they were offering on Angie's List for 15% off. Long story short, I forgot to mention it again with the technician so it wasn't included when I paid at the time of service. Well, low and behold, I received a call from Michell 3 days later saying that she didn't see the discount on my invoice and wanted to know how I wanted to receive the 15% credit?!? I was blown away... Yes I had realized after the technician had left that I had forgotten to mention the discount, but I didn't pursue it as I figured that it was my own fault. For Michell to notice the missing discount, call me, and then send me a check for the difference, is just astounding to me. Way to truly go above and beyond for your customers! Thank you!

Andrew showed up within a couples hours of my call. Excellent service and professionalism. Explained clearly what steps he was taking while working on it. Very pleased with his knowledge and level of detail and professionalism. Will likely sign up for their annual heating and AC check up program.

The service tech, Andrew, was very professional and friendly, showed up on time. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

First visit - diagnosed problem correctly. Second visit - fixed problem by replacing failed components. Seemed like a difficult job.

It was an excellent experience, old furnace was removed and new furnace and air was installed. It took two days and the crew was very professional and explained everything including the new smart phone comparable thermostat. I would recommend Comfort Heating to anyone needing a new heating/cooling system. Marcus was our first contact and came by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction once completed.

We purchased and moved into a 10+ year old house.  The A/C quit working the morning of July 3rd, during one of the warmest days in the recent heat wave.  I contacted a larger company and was told they would get back to us in 3 days.  I contacted Comfort Air and was told they could make it over that evening.
The technician arrived in the evening and was quick to diagnose a failed capacitor on the condenser unit.  He retrieved the part and quickly returned and made the repair.  He also verified all the refrigerant levels were in the right range and we verified the A/C was working again.
I asked the tech about what felt like a low air flow rate coming out the vents.  He checked the air handler and found a capacitor that was out of specifications on the blower motor and a found that insulation had fallen off the interior wall of the air handler and was laying across the coils.  He shortly fixed both and had the A/C up and running.
After another hot day we found the A/C was now able to keep up with the heat load and the house is much more comfortable.  My thanks to Comfort Heating and Air for fitting us in before a very hot July 4th weekend.

He did such a good job.

They showed up the next morning after the furnace went out, replaced the parts they had on their truck, ordered the additional parts needed and got them by the next day.  They installed these at the scheduled time and price in a very friendly and professional manner.The circuit board had shorted out and needed to be ordered and replaced.

A bit of a delay in getting out to us, but fixed the problem with great suggestions and did NOT press heavily for additional services, but recommended them only. We took them up on their recommendation and plan to use them to regularly and PROACTIVELY service our HVAC in our home.

This company is extremely detailed- oriented and ethical, and provides discounts and extra services, because they are perfectionists and care about their customers. I received 4 discounts: a sr. discount, a customer-install discount,  an Avista utilities rebate (filling out most of my Avista rebate form), plus an additional lender discount (they were able to use and connect me with a home improvement lender with great terms). They took the time to explain different systems and operations to me, and came out to fix problems immediately when they arose (ex. like errant paperwork with the new lender, or a different operational setting I needed, or ordering a sound blanket that didn't come with the system). Although there were a few glitches with their suppliers and new home improvement lender, they were always ready to handle any situation promptly and with a smile, always keeping me informed and listening to what I needed. And it's not the glitches that are important, because those happen, but it's in how they are handled, and they couldn't have handled them any better. They are not just extremely professional and knowledgeable, they are simply wonderful people anyone would want to do business with!

Performed yearly maintenance on fiurnace.

I arranged for Comfort Heating & Air to fix my mother-in-law's furnace.  They went out and did the repairs on the same day I called--calling her first to set up the appointment.  They replaced a switch on the furnace that allows the thermostat to work properly.  My mother-in-law is thrilled and I am very happy the repairs were completed so quickly.

The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and was very informative on things we could better do to maintain our HVAC units. In looking around, the cost was just a little higher than some of the other local companies, but the level of service, the quick response and the professionalism made up for the cost. I would highly recommend this company.......
