Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation. Pictures of work I have done and a list of references are available on my web site at vicsteinercarpentry.com
"Vic does amazing finish work! The overall project went well and Vic worked with us to totally revamp our bathroom while helping us find the right level of customization to meet our budget. Vic was easy to work with and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. I would whole heartedly recommend Vic for any bathroom projects!"

We specialize in Customer satisfaction on their painting projects and our goal is to leave a happy client that can refer us and share their experience with us
"I’m a construction superintendent and use Quality First Painting on both commercial and residential jobs. Some of the best painters in the business and they pay attention to detail and do great prep. Prep is where corners are usually cut and end up with paint in places you don’t want. Higher recommend"

Dellusso Cabinet Company
Dellusso Cabinet Company
Dellusso Cabinet Company designs and manufactures high-end custom cabinetry for the kitchen, bath, laundry, closet and garage storage.
"I had a challenge assembling a large piece of Martha Stewart Craft Furniture. William was helpful on the phone and then agreed to meet with me to assist (a lengthy drive for him from Auburn to Seattle). He thoughtfully reconfirmed our afternoon appointment the same morning and texted me when on his way – which is a rare courtesy and very much appreciated. Very professional when he arrived with necessary tools for the job, assessed the situation, trimmed some divider pieces on the spot so they would fit, then got all 8 drawers on full extension glides installed and working. Because he was so careful and thorough on this small project, I’m having him estimate some custom cabinetry for a bathroom remodel and built-ins for a basement den."

We are a husband and wife owned local company located in Auburn WA. All work is done by Roger who has over 30 years experience in the home improvement industry. We use only employees, no subcontractors or day laborers. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. In full compliance with all Washington State requirements and current on workers compensation premiums. Why is this important to you? Companies that are NOT licensed, bonded and insured open the home owner up to no available recourse in the event that the job goes bad. If a non licensed company does more damage to your home there is no option for you the home owner to get help and corrections from an insurance company or from the bonding company. If work on your home is done by a company that is NOT current nor legally hire employees and someone hurts themselves while at your home, that person can be allowed to use your home owners insurance to cover medical bills and fee's related to their injury. It is important to do your research as the home owner to make sure that you are covered by the company you hire. RDH offer's a 1 year warranty on all work we perform, and since we do not use subcontracting labor or day laborers your warranty covers installation as well as the materials.

FAQs for cabinet making projects in Snoqualmie Pass, WA
Custom cabinets are worth the investment to transform the look of your kitchen with a design, color scheme, and aesthetic that’s unique to your home. If you’re looking for cabinets that reflect your personality but are more cost-effective, semi-custom cabinets are a great alternative that allows you to showcase your style, but with pre-made cabinets instead of fully custom. Custom cabinets also provide a 70 to 80 percent return on investment, making them a worthwhile purchase.
There are a few key differences between custom and semi-custom cabinets. While custom cabinets offer complete customization, semi-custom cabinets are less personalized, offering fewer paint color, finish, and hardware choices. In addition, custom cabinets typically take longer to install due to the build time, whereas semi-custom cabinets are prefabricated and therefore faster to install.
If you're looking for ways to save money on custom cabinets, there are a few ways to cut costs without sacrificing beauty. For starters, comparing door styles to choose the most cost-effective option is a great way to save money on the overall project.
In addition, choosing a common wood species versus an exotic one will lower the price. Woods like oak and hickory are often more affordable wood choices, and the same goes for knobs, pulls, and other finishes where picking a commonly available style can reduce costs.
Custom cabinets cost between $500 and $1,200 per linear foot on average to install. Factors like materials, size, and type of cabinet doors you choose significantly affect the overall cost.
For example, a basic slab cabinet door can cost $60 to $70 for materials alone. As its name suggests, this material is a piece of wood with no unique features. However, a mullioned glass inset panel door, which features a designed glass panel, ranges from $100 to $200 for materials per cabinet door.
Like most special-order items, custom cabinets have several pros and cons to consider when buying new cabinets. Custom cabinets are typically more expensive than prefabricated cabinet options, but the work often reflects the quality. Custom cabinets tend to last 20 or more years, but the time it takes to install them is typically longer than other cabinets—roughly 6 to 8 weeks on average from the time of ordering. However, a major benefit is the ability to personalize every aspect of your cabinetry, from cabinet hardware to custom paint colors.
