I am an Owner Operator with 39 continuous years in the construction field and 19 years in business as Vic Steiner Carpentry. Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation. "I had a challenge assembling a large piece of Martha Stewart Craft Furniture. William was helpful on the phone and then agreed to meet with me to assist (a lengthy drive for him from Auburn to Seattle). He thoughtfully reconfirmed our afternoon appointment the same morning and texted me when on his way – which is a rare courtesy and very much appreciated. Very professional when he arrived with necessary tools for the job, assessed the situation, trimmed some divider pieces on the spot so they would fit, then got all 8 drawers on full extension glides installed and working. Because he was so careful and thorough on this small project, I’m having him estimate some custom cabinetry for a bathroom remodel and built-ins for a basement den."
