They did an outstanding job – they were punctual, everything was done so neatly (see the photos), and they left the surrounding area in clean and perfect condition for new grass to start growing (where sod had previously been removed). Both employees were polite, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with! I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing drainage work and would hire them again!"

I am Emily Russell, the owner and principal of Russell Design Source. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington and am a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and licensed in Washington State. My expertise covers all aspects of Landscape Architecture from residential and campus design, urban planning to parks, public art, commercial spaces, and planned communities. I am a Puget Sound native and have enjoyed working in the State of Washington for over 10 years. I reside in Bremerton, WA with my husband, daughter, and Corgi dog, Rosie. "Quan and his team showed up on time and worked steadily. The yard clean-up was well done, some pruning was OK, and they finished in about 4 hours. Beauty bark (supposedly 10 yards) was so lightly spread you could expose underlying soil with a gently scuff. Not sure we actually got all the beauty bark we paid for. The overall price seemed exorbitant for the time spent (that's due to our own naivety). For that reason, my wife says we won't use them again."

There are a couple of ways you can determine the depth of your well. One method is to use a device called a well sounder. This tool has a long measuring tape containing a sensor to alert you once the end reaches the water. 

Or you can DIY it by using a long tape measure with a half-filled bottle of water attached to it. Lower the tape measure into your well. Once you feel tension on the tape, you’ll know the bottle has reached your static water level. This will give you an approximate idea of your well’s depth.
