You will never be wrong working with Lanktree Land Surveying! I had called at least 10 survey companies and I am very happy that I made the right decision choosing Lanktree. They are very professional in handling complex issues and equipped with the most advanced surveying instrument. They are very patient in explaining and answering my questions. I like their final inspection report. The report clearly shows where the property line is and all occupational indicators along the property line ( gravel path, stairs etc). They also provide all the field pictures supporting the report to help homeowner fully understand.

Good, thorough work, explained process and possible neighbor conflict and ways to ease resolution. Our property is being used by neighbors, it's great that we can solve before either sells. Did not tell us when they were arriving, we're lucky that we were at home when they arrived.

I requested a boundary survey for a waterfront lot. The records were poor. They paid attention to details and uncovered a typo in the legal description. Overall very professional and thorough.
