"The items shipped were all in working order. The items were easily installed via a sticky tape attached to all the sensors. Some, like the motion detector, were just placed on a flat surface;ie. fireplace mantle. All worked correctly. The remote door sensors are great;I use them to turn off / on the alarm system before entering or after leaving the house. The control unit besides handling the security system , displays local weather - which is handy."

"My initial bathroom remodel project turned into a larger than expected project, with major plumbing issues with the main line, which had to be completely replaced. Also my electrical, insulation also needed replacement. All said, the project took longer than initially planned, but Palm, took care of everything.
