"The workers were nice. I was desperate the leak fixed so I paid more than I would ordinarily (my husband recently died and I had enough problems without a leaking chimney). The workers agreed to send me photos of the repair, both by computer and copies pf the photos by mail. for some reason I can only get some of the copies on the computer. it says they can not be downloaded so--I have called at least 5 times requesting the copies to be sent by mail. The man is nice but it has been several weeks and no photos! help!!"

"Bought a special from Angies List for dry rot repair as I had a small area that had suffered damage following a leaky dishwasher. Scheduling was easy and they worked around my schedule to accommodate. I was not entirely comfortable with the communications from the person that came to provide a job cost estimate of the work to be performed and then the final craftsman who came to do the work. As it turned out, I was able to rush home and contact was made via phone with the person who was about to do the work. We spoke and he agreed to turn around from heading to the store for materials to discuss the work with me. 
 Once we were on the same page for the scope of work, things went really well and the work was performed quickly and professionally and conscious of my budget.
