When the salesperson called, I explained that the home needed a furnace and ductwork. The agent said no problem we can handle that. Unfortunately, the sales agent that came today informed us that the company does not do new ductwork installation. They only perform repairs or replace furnaces. He did offer a mini-split solution, which isn't viable for our home due to power outages.
