Repairman advised cheaper to buy new one than repair

James was on time and put my very heavy, complicated grill together. He also left his work area impeccable. Even though it wasn't part of the deal he hauled away all of the packaging. I will definitely use him again. Thank you James.

Replaced one of two windows needed to repair. Called repeatedly regarding second window and further repairs. Came out and inspected further repairs and promised bid and install of second window. No bid. No contact. No reply to many phone calls. Truly poor service. Do not recommend.

Richard not only repaired the photoeye for a very reasonable cost. He also moved a track back to where it needed to be and repaired a broken hinge.

After inspection, I was told that the oven control board was the problem and that it needed to be replaced. Given the cost of the repair and taking into consideration that the oven was 13 years old, we decided not to make the repair and just get a new oven.

It went great! It was repaired in roughly an hour and the diagnostic information provided some guidance for repairing the lamp post lighting in the future.
