Aqua Quip - Lynnwood

Our family just purchased the Jacuzzi J-335 series hot tub from Lynnwood Aqua Quip and wow what a high quality tub! Buying a high end tub with the best warranty in the industry is important if you want years of enjoyment, however equally important is finding a company with professional sales team that will always support you in a professional manner.
Sure many company sell hot tubs, but if you should run into a problem will you have the real support you need (and paid for) after your purchase? Does the company "stock" parts for your model tub, or do they need to order your parts in, sometimes taking weeks? We asked all these questions and more before we purchased from Lynnwood Aqua Quip. In fact that is why we chose Aqua Quip because they did carry a large inventory of replacement parts if something should go wrong, and they have the service department to back it up... 
We felt it was important to work with a company who get and understand how to help their paying customers (who spent a lot of money) not only before the purchase, but after the sale!
We were really fortunate to work with Brady Coultas in sales (who is fantastic) and Jeff Henderson, the store manager. In fact Jeff even came to our home to pre inspect our deck to make sure it was secure enough to handle the weight of the hot tub, he was a true professional all the way!  Even the young lady who answers the phone is wonderful. To me this told me Jeff knows how important it is to hire top notch people so they can see the needs of their customers. 
I took the time to write this review because so many people today won't spend the time to pay credit, where credit is due. I want to make sure potential customers know about this Lynnwood location of Aqua Quip, and what they can expect walking in the door. As an employer I would rate this company 10 out of a 10, they really deserve it, and I hope you and your family will consider allowing them to earn your business. :-)

It went very well.  The repairman arrived on time, completed the work, and made sure the work area was clean when he was finished.  We have since discovered that there is another problem with the spa and he returned, diagnosing what was now happening.  He'll be returning to complete the new job shortly.

We purchased this house and the pool had not been maintained by the pervious owners, so I called AQ to come out to clean and balance the chemicals. They quoted me one price on the phone, then charged me more than that price. It took several times of me calling to get the issue resolved. They put the chemicals in the pool and said they would need to wait a few days for the chemicals to do their job and for everything to settle before they could clean out the bottom of the pool, which would be anouther charge. Extremly expensive for nothing to show for it. Many of the other companies I have contacted since, include the cost of the chemicals, unlike AQ. So I paid for chemicals, and didn't get my pool cleaned. When you call they make it sound like they do much more than they actually do.

They provided excellent service.  They came when they said they were going to come.  We did nothing.  We didn’t even have to be home.  The alteration that we asked for was done perfectly.

I wouldn't recommend them. They were called out to repair the spa because it wasn't functioning properly. They replaced a lot of parts but didn't actually fix the problem. The problem came back 3 months later but they didn't honor it so I ended up fixing it myself. I will not use them again in the future.

They are very good. When you go into the store, they get to know you. They are very nice and friendly. The chemical that they use is bit expensive. If there is a need, I would use them again in the future too.
