Issaquah Glass

Replaced one of two windows needed to repair. Called repeatedly regarding second window and further repairs. Came out and inspected further repairs and promised bid and install of second window. No bid. No contact. No reply to many phone calls. Truly poor service. Do not recommend.

Process was very easy. They set up an appointment when I first called, person showed up, measured. We got the estimate the next day. We ordered the window. They called when it was ready, set up an appointment to replace. Showed up for that appointment as expected and did great work. I came home from work and window was fixed. You would never know it was ever broken. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very well. I've used Issaquah Glass several times over the past year to replace damaged windows. Each time they have promptly scheduled an estimate/measurement, and called me back when the glass was ready for installation. Installation went well both times. The first time, unfortunately, there was an error in measurement of some of the interior white lines in the glass; they happily redid it with no complaints or anything. Also, they also re-glased one window for free for me while they were already there.

Its very hard to even find a company that works on wood windows and removes the old sill's and replaces them Saving tons of money, These guys do and they are great to work with.  I would absolutely recommend these guys and would use them again.

We found Issaquah Glass to be very prompt, courteous, and capable. A double-paned panel of our sliding door was broken by an intruder the Monday of Christmas week. We called Issaquah Glass late on Monday afternoon. They sent an employee out the following morning to measure for a replacement window, and he also did an excellent job securing our smashed door. The scheduler called back promptly with a cost estimate for the job. Issaquah Glass put a high priority on our order which we greatly appreciated. The glass was replaced the following Monday. The installer also did a thorough job of vacuuming up the many pieces of shattered glass. We were very pleased with the service of Issaquah Glass.

The whole process to replace the glass went very smoothly. We called Issaquah glass on a Wednesday morning and they called back that night to schedule someone to come out and look at the window to take measurements. They came out the next morning to do that. We got a call the following day with an estimate and timeframe; they said it would be 1 week to get the glass.

Exactly one week later they called us to say they had the glass and we had it installed the very next day.

He noticed problems which other bidders did not notice or suggest fixes for. Liked that his bid included labor and materials per window in his bid, where as bidders did not provided itemized bids per window.

e called last minute and they were able to come out on short notice. They were on time, courteous and was able to get out quote to us that day. We have not has them do any work yet, so this review is just based on the interactin we has with them interms of providing an estimate.

Issaquah Glass has very experienced, professional staff. The estimator knew exactly what I needed and how to install it. The custom windows were ordered and when they came in two installers showed up exactly at the appointment time and did a great job of installing the windows.
It was obvious that everyone involved had a lot of experience with windows. The tinting on the windows was a perfect match with the other windows, the sizing was correct, and the type of window was a perfect match with the other existing windows. The installation went quickly and without a hitch.
I will use them in the future for any of my window or glass needs and would highly recommend them.

on time / very easy to work with

Whole experience was great. Had two bids and Issaquah Glass was the lower bid against a national glass company. The installer's name was Rick and he was on time, very professional, and cleaned up after himself. Definitely would use again. Thanks Angie for helping me find Issaquah Glass.
