I called up Affordable Restoration and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. I was impressed on how knowledgeable the Affordable Restoration crew was on not only the flood aspect but also on how to work best with my insurance company. They took the time to educate me throughout the whole process on water, mold, mitigation, restoration and the claim process. We found a leak and after having Roberto look at the problem, he showed us after removing some of the shingles, that the material under the shingles was inferior and holes were forming. We had them replace the entire roof instead of fixing a leak. They arrive on time and work all day. There was never an issue with the job being put on hold for another job. After the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area, made sure the gutters were clean and had us approve the work. The crew was exceptional! "I had read a few negative reviews so was hesitant to hire Envirosmart Solutions but I am delighted I did. They were scheduled to arrive in the early afternoon but due to traffic (Seattle!) and some earlier jobs taking longer than expected, they were delayed. I could have had them come the next day but I decided to have them come an hour later. That hour later turned into almost 4 hours later BUT I did receive periodic updates that they were short handed and each time I was again given the option of being first on the list the next day. When they arrived at almost 8pm they figured out that to get to the dryer vent, they'd need to take apart a piece of our front deck. After asking our permission, they got after it and quickly took care of accessing and then cleaning out YEARS of build up in the vent. They were polite and worked efficiently. I would recommend them for anyone looking for help with cleaning their dryer vent"
