"Arrived on time and friendly. Not too eager to do a belly crawl over to leaking pipe to look at it closer. Sump pump replacement was going to cost $1300 which was way too much in my book. Pipe repair, which was a 10' replacement of pipe, came in at $1300 as well. I found a company to do both for almost half that. Bottom line is I believe they will do good work but don't expect to get a reasonable price. Took one plumber 2 hours to do the work and only $400 in parts. Over $1k an hour seems pricey to me."

"Excellent. We weren't sure when the pre-pour building inspections would be complete, but they said "just call, they come quickly."  Inspection completed at 1pm, we called, and they were here to pour at 3pm, and finished by 6pm. Same day.
Also, best price of 3 quotes and a very hard working crew.  They also had the right equipment, including a motorized cart to transport the concrete from the delivery truck to each of the 4 bases required. Saved me from having to pay for a concrete snorkel pump.

I had put off replacing my leaking gas-fired hot water heater for months (it's in the garage -- no harm done!), but with the holidays approaching, I didn't want to take the chance of losing hot water with a house full of family. David rearranged his schedule to install a new hot water heater the same day I called. Couldn't be more convenient! Totally professional craftsmanship and cleanup too. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
