Matt and company did a great job. They installed my water softener and also a point of use water filter. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

The guy did not turn off the water before he cut into the pipe. This caused a big spill. Other than that the job was done quickly and was worth the money.

They're a great local company. Very informed in their craft and up on all new developments. Chris explained things well and gave helpful advice . I strongly recommend them. Small, informed and local, good advice, no corporate marketing.

The company manager was who did my evaluation for hard water treatment, and air quality. Explained everything he did to test the water, as well as the test for the air. He made sure I understood all the testing and the solutions he use. I would highly recommend this company.

Matt, owner of this company, is a wealth of knowledge about my Watts Water Softener system. He walked me through reprogramming of the system menus a couple times and fixed the problems I was having. He is so good at what he does! Jason, who usually answers the office phone, is also very customer service oriented, and he connected me with Matt to fix my water softener problems. Great team to work with!

We had an initial difficulty with a faulty softener head. Eventually, these folks solved the problem with an upgrade at no additional cost. Everything has been great. They are quick to respond if you have any issues.

Nicest, kindest guys in town! Came out and checked our water softener, gave us advice about it and didn't charge us for the analysis of it knowing we are both on social security. Will definitely call them when we need a new one. Their names were Chris and Mike.
