"The job hasn't started yet, the pool won't be open until next month, but Tim came out to give an estimate and was very thorough and made good suggestions. The price for the service seems very reasonable. If this is an indication of how the business is run, I have high hopes."

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
