He was very thorough during our walk through and with his quote. 2. I had a vision of what I wanted and although I had pictures to help, he did a great job completing everything I asked and it was perfect. 3. The job was completed on time and was very reasonably priced. 4. When I wasn’t sure of the best product to use but knew what I wanted it to look like, he would offer options from lower priced, mid-range, and higher-end. Gave me pros and cons and left it up to me to choose, and I appreciated the options. The job was a remodel of the living room, dining room, and entryway. He replaced four windows and the front door. Closed off one wall and made the entry on another. Replaced the entryway closet with a built-in. The walls, ceiling, and trim were updated, installed, and painted. He also did the flooring"

We contacted 10 different landscaping companies. 3 returned our calls, they were they only one of the 3 that kept seeing if they could help with the process and came out several times to do estimates for free. "I hired Velasco Construction to install kitchen cabinets in one of my rental units, and it was a huge disappointment. The cabinets were smaller than the originals, visibly misaligned, and left with gaps. They left holes in the walls, didn?t clean up their mess, and the little ?patchwork? they did attempt looked rushed and unprofessional. They breached the terms of our agreement by leaving trash behind and refusing to sign a simple follow-up contract before returning to fix their mistakes. Instead of taking accountability, they walked away. Bottom line: they didn?t finish the job, didn?t respect the contract, and didn?t stand behind their work. "Exceeded expectations! Hired Joe's to turn a horrible dirt pile into a lovely backyard. They did that and more. Built multiple stone walls plus one wall from concrete block. All was perfect, done with utmost care and skill. Everyone involved was professional and friendly. They brought creative design ideas that made the whole project better.
