Break in main line to the house Saturday evening, new line 70 feet in length installed and job complete by Wednesday afternoon.

Adam has visited my branch several times to help with our plumbing issues, and he’s been fantastic every time. He responds with a real sense of urgency and communicates clearly to ensure I understands the problem. I really appreciate the fast, efficient service and excellent customer care!

Roto Rooter employee shows up, pops the drain out, cleans some hair out and charged $400+. No tools needed and took 30 minutes max. NEVER AGAIN will we use Roto Rooter, what a rip-off.

    I had a terrible experience with Roto rooter and decided to join Angies list, one to avoid another fiasco, and two to alert others to the rip-off. I posted a F rated review, but I noticed there was no location information attatched to that review and in fact roto rooter had changed  his contact information, apparently so he would not be locally associated. It's been about 2 months or less, i decided to check angies list, and guess what my F rated review is deleted, or at least when i search roto rooter, it doesn't come up. H'mm, does this mean you delete negative reviews from Angies List??  I had a terrible experience with roto rooter, i feel that they charged me 430 dollars for nothing, I hope i don't have a terrible experience with Angies List trying to warn off other folks.

They were awesome. They gave me a discount. They were professional. I would definitely use them in the future.

Service went very smoothly. Even in the cold of winter, and a very busy time of the year for plumbers, they were one of the only available companies that were able to come out within a reasonable time frame. Even after scheduling a specific time, they were even able to come earlier than that. It was great service, very professional. Will definitey use them again.

They were prompt, pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The receptionist that took my call was friendly, courteous and efficient. I have scheduled future work with them. All though they said I didn't have to do the work immediately I decided it was better to act now rather than suffer later. Before scheduling future work they are getting a second opinion to be sure the work needs to be done. I appreciate the second opinion. I have used Roto Rooter before and have always been pleased with their work. They have been taken over by a new company but their service remains top notch.

We had an excellent experience with them. They were always fast, very timely and very polite We recommend them to anybody. We will use them again in the future.
