The crew that arrived to provide the quote were friendly and offered a very good deal for a 4-zone mini-split, and I excitedly agreed to do the job. Unfortunately, my installation was delayed by three days at the last minute. It did not bother me, but it shows there is a need for improved communication and scheduling in the company. When the installation crew finally arrived, they were very enthusiastic, friendly, and were always willing to install the system the way we wanted it. They took their time to make sure it looked great. Since they are a new company, finding their rhythm, the job took three days instead of the stated two. The end result was a very good and clean install with no issues or major concerns. Overall, AllSet Home shows great potential for being two months old and no doubt will become even better over time. "I tried several businesses that do repair work on heating units and finally found Honest Air by using Home Advisor and Honest Air, Todd called me and said he would finish a job he was on and be right over. True to his word he came and found my problem was as suspected a bad motor and fan unit had broken an anchor . Todd had a replacement in his vehicle and the repair was completed by the time the temperature in my home had dropped only two degrees. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the repair was and we parted ways until the spring of 2021 when Honest Air will replace the heating and cooling system with a new one. My present unit is over 42 years old and is requesting I retire it. Done deal. Todd has earned my respect and I will use him as my new go to guy."
