Unfortunately, my installation was delayed by three days at the last minute. It did not bother me, but it shows there is a need for improved communication and scheduling in the company. When the installation crew finally arrived, they were very enthusiastic, friendly, and were always willing to install the system the way we wanted it. They recommended replacing the furnace as repair would be around the same cost plus a new one comes with a warranty. They sent me a quote which I approved and they replaced the unit promptly. The new one they put in was more efficient than the old one and they also replaced the thermostat and fresh air damper unit. I learned so much about the process from them.
