Unfortunately, my installation was delayed by three days at the last minute. It did not bother me, but it shows there is a need for improved communication and scheduling in the company. When the installation crew finally arrived, they were very enthusiastic, friendly, and were always willing to install the system the way we wanted it. They recommended replacing the furnace as repair would be around the same cost plus a new one comes with a warranty. They sent me a quote which I approved and they replaced the unit promptly. The new one they put in was more efficient than the old one and they also replaced the thermostat and fresh air damper unit. I learned so much about the process from them. They are attentive to answering your questions. They are very respectful of property and keep you informed throughout the process what they are doing. I am very impressed with their work. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
