We were pleased with their service back then, so we called them again when our water heater leaked everywhere. They were able to come out the very next day and put our new water heater in. They took care of necessary permits and made that part so easy. They understood the urgency of our need and were kind and helpful. We would recommend them for any of their services
- Washington Energy ServicesThey came yesterday, 15 minutes early, but we were ready. They had called several days prior to confirm the date and time, and called again to tell us they were on their way. The work was completed in about 2 hours, to county code. They hauled away the old heater.
- DAMIAN JOHN CONSTRUCTIONWe are thoroughly impressed with Damian John for kitchen appliance installation. The installers were always professional, extremely well-trained, and efficient. On our last visit (it took several days of install due to our construction schedule), the lead installer went through everything: ensuring we were happy with the install, and making small adjustments. We couldn't be happier, and will always use Damian John in the future for our appliance installation
- ALBERT LEE MAJOR APPLIANCESExtremely rude staff. Super defensive and condescending. They sold us a washer and dryer and an oven/stove/microwave. They told us the installation would be $75 and to call Damian John to set up the install for the oven/stove/microwave. They did NOT tell us the installation would be done by a company in Everett for $1400!!! What?! Apparently Albert Lee doesn't install ovens/stoves/microwaves anymore. When I called to ask why they referred me to an appliance install company that wanted $250 for coming to "the far east" of Snoqualmie Ridge (their words), they were rude and unhelpful and defensive. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who calls them back after they're quoted $1400 for installation fees that were never mentioned at the point of sale. So much for them claiming to be a high end appliance retailer. When I called to speak with them about the installation options, I felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman. They were just as dishonest and dishonorable as the "low-end" appliance retailers we were trying to avoid when we entered their store. Albert Lee has gone WAY downhill!!! Never again
- ALBERT LEE MAJOR APPLIANCESBeware. Service is horrific and completely impersonal. Customer service and sales reps are based in India, not in Bellevue, WA like the phone number looks. Delivery, product availability and installation have been an absolute nightmare on my 6-appliance order for a remodel. If you’re at home during the complete window they intend to deliver, and your construction project stays perfectly on schedule, you’re probably fine. If you’re two minutes late, they will leave, and there is no way to speak to the driver. Dispatchers won’t pick up the phone. Your rescheduled delivery will be bumped weeks out instead of the logical thing of turning around to drop what’s already on the truck. If your construction project runs late, rescheduled delivery dates can be months out. They also won’t hold appliances you’ve purchased - they are released to other orders. When you do need them, they will probably be on backorder, delaying your project further. I have wasted so much time on this and will never, EVER, work with this company again. Buy local. Albert Lee is not

- JC Anderson Enterprises IncOur kitchen remodel started with a dishwasher leak and older cabinetry that was in need of repair and new hardware. The cabinet that housed the dishwasher had water damage and that would need attention. John came to look at the job and my husband suggested we check on replacing the old laminate countertops. John gave us ideas on materials we could use and how we might be able to "facelift" the kitchen without replacing the cabinets. At that point, it was determined that new appliances (since the dw had already expired) would also be in order if countertops were coming off. John helped us navigate through the steps necessary to accomplish our goals. He was a one man show. He installed beautiful granite 12x12 tiles for countertops and back splash, but not before making sure everything was level (this home was built in the 20's) and solid. He extended an area to create a bar, and increased surface area with the granite tiles atop a pony wall adjacent to the dining room. He designed shelving in a large corner cabinet which once housed a lazy susan. This gave us a lot more storage. John installed all of our appliances. He tackled the plumbing, installed the sinks, did electrical work, and wrapped oak around the granite tiles and around the new bar area. You couldn't even tell the old from the new. John pays a great deal of attention to his finish work and does so in a very artistic way. We always felt very comfortable having John in our home. He was reliable, on time, organized, and kept the job site clean. We would give John high recommendations to anyone interested in a remodel

He removed cabinets and carpet from the kitchen...took an old closet transformed it into a refrigerator garage to free up space. Installed hardwood floors in the kitchen dining room and utility area. Installed new along with the older cabinets (fantastic match too) with new counter tops. Excellent job! True honest craftsman. My mother has lived in her house since 1970 and is very pleased with the remodel

"Well, I have a Best Buy card now. I've had to buy multiple things this year and they price match. Ultimately, I've gone with them; it's a yin-yang thing. I've gone with them because they're able to deliver the product sooner than local businesses who I would prefer to do business with. They have a credit program where there's no interest for 18 months which is also convenient. The flip side is you get the price match guarantee which is never really a guarantee. We had to fight tooth and nail to get the matching value from a local venue. It's just like an additional hassle that's not necessary. We bought four or five appliances recently. The projects themselves have been fine. The delivery people have been fine.

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.
