"The crew was young, but hard-working.  They came and were respectful and diligent.  They were not able to get as much done as we had hoped with the 40 hours worth of work, but what they did do, was excellent.  They also took away the weeds and other stuff when they were done.  
Unfortunately, the young crew also removed some of my plants in their zeal.  In the end, I figured that it was probably time to replace those plants anyway, so it was ok.
