The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Dave came by to give us an estimate and show us samples of different colors and styles. There were so many to choose from it was almost overwhelming. He explained what the process was including an epoxy vapor barrier layer to prevent moisture from wicking up through the concrete. The workers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. We had questions as they were doing the job and they treated us with respect and answered all of our questions politely. "Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, was our primary contact person. We were impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to work with us to ensure the project was completed to exactly what we had envisioned. Pete gave us straightforward answers about expected cost and time. He provided us with several options for the addition and remodel to fit our needs and budget. The biggest expense for our home remodel project was the addition of a sun room. The room required several steps which included replacing three windows, removal of siding on the home and replacing it with drywall, new electrical, and new plumbing.
