Mr. Garcia called within a few minutes of my posting, and came out to my property within a few hours to assess the project and give me a bid. He then had a written estimate emailed to me the same day! We started the project the very next week, and everything was completely organized with loads of blocks, dirt, gravel, and equipment. Each day, all materials needed were there timely, so the project went very smoothly. Mr. Garcia and his team of workers were polite, efficient, and the hardest workers I've ever seen! "About 6 weeks ago, Francisco charged me $300 for 2 hours of work to remove vines from my property. He assured me they'd remove the vines BY THE ROOTS. Within 2 weeks of the removal, my property was littered with more vines, some over 8 feet tall (see attached photo). Clearly, the roots were not removed. I've filled up my food container again and again with the vines since then. I'm disabled, which is why I paid Francisco to remove the vines, and it's very difficult for me to now do the work he was paid to do. Francisco now wants to charge me $350 to do the exact same work he failed to do the first time around. This man is a con artist and a scammer."
