They said he did great work, but that had been years before he gave me great prices and then when he actually started doing the work, he started up charging me for anything he could and doing change orders and try to get the bid up 9000 more dollars then original and said that I had asked for the changes we reviewed the bid many times. It was not changed from the original. He was just trying to make more money. He showed up at the job drunk every day. I put a camera in the house to review him and he was drinking on the job and his employees and him were talking crap about me while on the job. he would tell me he?s at the job for eight hours.
