Tom and his assistant were absolutely amazing! They were very professional and answered all of our questions. Not only that, we had our 2 babies at the house, and they were in the way and Tom and wife did not care and in fact, the babies loved them! The inspection report was super thorough, detailed and informative! Everyone I showed the inspection report said WOW! So may pictures, and they clarified so much information. I would be tentative to purchase the home if I didn't have such good information set forth by Tom and the report. Especially since there was prior roof leaking and bathroom leaking. Thank you so much!

They were extremely thorough and friendly. They found issues I would never have thought to look for, and provided a very detailed report afterward that the builder found handy when doing repairs.
