"BBA Landscaping did an excellent job and a very good price for a boundary survey for my home. They set the property corners with Rebar and stakes and provided a detailed online record of the report with photos. They also recorded the Record on the King Survey site. I called a number of other Angies list companies but they were too busy, unable to make my quick turnaround request or the price was much higher. I am Emily Russell, the owner and principal of Russell Design Source. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington and am a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and licensed in Washington State. My expertise covers all aspects of Landscape Architecture from residential and campus design, urban planning to parks, public art, commercial spaces, and planned communities. I am a Puget Sound native and have enjoyed working in the State of Washington for over 10 years. I reside in Bremerton, WA with my husband, daughter, and Corgi dog, Rosie. Most jobs are fixed fee which are agreed to, prior to job start, and which assure no surprise billings. Costs vary greatly depending on scope or services, size of property, type of terrain, and local control aspects. Hourly billings may be appropriate for small, quick projects ($500-$3000), depending on customer needs and are situational.
