Fine Design Build is a third generation, design-build company. We shepherd our clients, working side by side, with architects and engineers that we have long-standing relationships with, pushing design past traditional scope limitations. We navigate through the challenging permitting, involving shorelines development, ECA steep slope areas, wetlands. Permitting can be a huge challenge particularly on waterfront parcels. We are experts at removing obstacles and creatively designing homes with minimal to zero impact to environment. After designing your home, we shepherd you through the challenging environment of building.
