"Dan came out to give us an assessment about the health of an old cedar we have next to our home. I was concerned that he wouldn't be "straight" and would try to upsell services. However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months. He then went on to look at a number of other trees on our property -- ALL AT NO CHARGE TO US -- and without trying to sell us any services. I have complete confidence in Dan and Eastside Tree Works. "They did a great job! When Alex came out to look at the trees, he noted one more that was not an issue yet, but would be in time. I had him include that in the bid, and when they were done, I was impressed!. 3 trees in 1 day, plus a huge Holly bush cleaned out. Wood nicely piled for use/gift/burning. They treated the stumps so they don't grow back. I didn't need the take-out. Note: If you need them to haul it off, let them know in advance. However, if you have a fireplace, enjoy!"
