"I called United Prime Van Lines only 1 week before my move - they were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of the move we hit a snag, as there was someone else moving on my floor at the same time and we only had 1 elevator. They made the most of it and we moved a lot of stuff down 4 flights of stairs in a timely manner. Trustworthy and competent!"

"I had a great moving experience with this company. I was in a hurry to move because of my mom passing . I didn’t know where to start.I googled moving companies in the area and I came across this one. US Prime Movers have the best reasonable prices you can’t beat nowhere! They was informative about ever step. The moving process didn’t take long as I thought. Everything was wrapped and packed nicely. All of my items came as I left it . "Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."
