I am an Owner Operator with 39 continuous years in the construction field and 19 years in business as Vic Steiner Carpentry. Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation. "Was not a simple house to have built, the design had way to many errors. Elevation was not to scale and once built it started to show, that it was not to scale. If you like looking at A post out your window or a gutter in front of your window. Then this is the team for you. Fascia from gable almost touching the door trim. Just a mess. Luckily the framers could fix some of it. They did a quick redesign of the roof."
