"Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation.
