I coincidentally met him before we planned our paint job. Both he and his wife super friendly good caring family people. I took his card but then misplaced it by months later. I looked online at Google and saw "Professional Touch Painting" had **the most stars, 4.8 out of 5 at the time** AND ** as of today 30 people on Google gave him those great marks. That's almost triple most of the local competition who even gave a review. Then when I called I was pleased to realize it was him. Ryan came out promptly & gave us a good bid. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I still got 4 other bids to compare. Plus, he pointed out our neighbors house that he painted which looks great. Ryan's quote was so competitive and just what we were looking for so we gladly selected him. We have picked our paints & can hardly wait for him to paint our house here soon. We understand due to the rain there were reasonable set backs to all the painters schedules. At no point did we consider switching to anyone else. - Elite Construction & RemodelingWe have used Elite Construction over the past 1 1/2 years for several projects on our South Hill house, including patio and roof installation, garage remodel with various structural repairs, paver walkway installation, pergola installation, driveway remove/replace, and custom door installation. The owner Sergey is great to work with, his work is high quality, he is the most honest of the contractors we have worked with over the years, and his workers/subs were professional and hardworking. Prices were fair. Of the many contractors we had evaluate our house, Elite's team was the only one who could figure out how to build our patio cover and re-wire the ancient electrical that was tied across multiple spots in South Hill home. In addition to the 'big' parts of our projects, we had a lot of little, time intensive quirky repairs we needed done. Sergey was attentive to all the little details, and always hardworking. A note about contractors in Spokane - finding a good one, as well as a fair one, you will need to wait in line a bit - but it is definitely worth it to get on Elite's schedule. We are very happy with our results

"I have used Chris and his workers for a few projects around my house. First time I met Chris was for painting the outside of my house. Went from 70's bright green to a more modern grey and dark green. Several neighbors thanked me for updating the horrid paint job. They were quick and within my price range. Second job was 3 egress windows because he was the cheapest bid. Glad I hired him and his team because I didn't have time to do and coordinate these projects. (Quality) Only gave them a lower review because I have some paint chipping years later but it is most likely due to sun damage/ sprinkler damage and old layers of paint from previous owners. (Professionalism) -Chris himself was fantastic and down to earth. He came with his painting/work clothes. You can tell he spends most of his time painting. Had a problem with one of his employees smoking around my house then leaving all the buds around the outside when Chris wasn't around. Brought up my concerns with Chris and he listened. From my understanding, the certain individual that I had problems with no longer works for him.
