On time, reliable, conscientious, clean, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We had a few very minor fixes (almost always involved in construction) and Dustin addressed and fixed the small issues immediately and happily. We also had a small issue with our countertop supplier and Dustin worked and communicated with them and they came out and also fixed the minor problem (seam) in a timely manner. So, I would also highly recommend N.W. Granite in the Spokane Valley for your tile and counter top needs. I can't say enough good things about Dustin and his company. Very Pleased !!
