Estimator came out and found no water damage, but a disconnected and clogged dryer vent line. He said he's not a technician, but can't leave it since it's a fire hazard. He spent over an hour helping me fix the line and making sure everything was working properly. Then wouldn't accept payment for his time, since he wasn't a tech. Seriously? This is above and beyond service. Highly recommend crawl pros for honest and reliable service!!"
