"Hello [Member Name Removed], Thank you for contacting us. I'm glad to hear that your pests went away after our treatment. We strive for customer service excellence, so this is pleasing to hear. Regarding the contract, it is the choice of the customer to either purchase a single treatment, or sign up for a 12-month treatment plan. Upon choosing the 12-month plan, the customer signs the contract on a line directly beneath the statement, "I agree to pay an early termination fee equal to $95." This is also reiterated on the back side of the contract under the "Terms And Conditions" section, on line 9. We do our best to ensure that our customers understand the terms of the contract and to answer any questions they may have. We operate with transparency and pride ourselves on integrity, with never an intention to deceive. Our first and foremost company policy is to be good people, and to serve others in this way. "We appreciate your feedback. The nature of pest control requires us to do frequent treatments to be truly effective - we are dealing with insects and spiders that multiply quickly, there are weather and other environmental factors etc. We do our best to give our customers enough notice but obviously you were not satisfied with our service and for that we apologize. My bigger concern is that you felt like you were treated rudely. That is not something that we want as part of our culture here at Pointe and we will address this.
