Extremely poor service from technicians and office. We requested service to have a technician determine the species, extent, and severity of the infestation, strategically set traps and other rodent control devices, and prepare a written service report. Additionally the tech was to complete an Exclusion Survey consisting of an inspection of the building for rodent, bird, and other pest access points and infestation damage, and an itemized price quotation for each of the specific repairs or corrections that are needed. Our technician informed us he found no entry points, set some traps and left without providing any paperwork. We still had rodent issues, nothing was caught. The office said that the technician noted we should check out the roof adjointments and bird blocks. This was never mentioned verbally or in the written report. On my day off, I searched all along the property and found several entry points at ground level and on the second floor roof. I'm not sure why after spending 2 hours on property, the technician couldn't find these easy identifiable points of entry. We hired them for their expertise and because we just didn't have the time to do the work! I have since sealed up every point of entry I found. I've reported this back to the office and they still do not take any accountability. After $600 bucks down the drain with this company, we're looking for someone else. In summary, I'm upset with the poor service provided and poor communication that if done up front probably could've resulted in some rodents captured. Now I have to find another company after wasting $600 bucks with this company for zero results.

When Sunrise picked up the traps and rodent bait stations,
they did not provide us with a hardcopy receipt leading me to believe this was
a no-charge discontinuation of service like they previously told me. After a month or so, I noticed a two late
payment notices in my very infrequently checked email spam folder. Multiple late payment notices without a
single phone call or regular post mail notice?
I didn?t think they sent us statements by email, since they have always
provided us with a normal hardcopy receipt.
I discovered a statement for a follow-up service that cost $97 to remove
the traps versus what they previously told me that trap removal was free. I called Sunrise and asked them why I was
charged. They said that it was because they
checked the traps while removing them and that we supposedly authorized it. Unlike other statements that have my
signature authorizing service, the statement they provided does not. I just wanted them to remove their traps and
discontinue service, all of which should have been free.

They always call to make appointments. The worker, Lee, is always on task and he just takes care of it. He shows up early in the morning, because I get off work at 7:00 a.m. and I'm still up until about 9:00 a.m. So he comes early in the morning for me, just to be convenient. I started using them because my daughter recommended them to me. He's not judgmental. He went around and showed me any areas of concern that he had, that needed to be corrected. He could do it for me or I could do it myself. So it wasn't just coming in and setting up stuff, he also showed me how to correct my issues. My experience with him was very good. I didn't necessarily want people to come around my house looking for rats, but he made me comfortable and it worked. He also gives me the convenience of giving me a courtesy call when he's going to show up and because he comes early just because I work nights. He makes it work for me. They also leave me a voice message when they call me to tell me they're coming out, because they know I don't want to be woken up during the day. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I feel this company doesn't treat the problem properly so they can come out 4 times and charge you each time. Their pricing is high, but not the highest out there. My problem is that they come out so many times before the job is done. Ants are hard to control. I called another company I found on Angies list and they took care of the problem in half the visits.
