It's been almost five months and the work is still ongoing, despite no major modifications. Service has been spotty at best. Despite repeated attempts to engage the project manager regarding the scheduling of work (several residents work graveyards, myself included) he was ultimately unresponsive. The quality of work has been adequate, but the service and professionalism extremely poor. I would like to recommend to potential customers that they inquire about how many projects the company and their subcontractors are currently working on before accepting their services. The project manager has seemingly no insight or control over the project, and I can only imagine (as he's illusive) he's spread his staff too thin and taken on too many projects at once. The result: the tenants are being disciplined at their jobs and their hours reduced due to Servicemaster's failure to communicate and perform their duties in a timely and professional fashion. On a positive note, some of their subcontractors have been truly amazing, but others horrid. There's no consistency and/or follow-through.
