He came out to look at our property and discuss our project, responded several weeks later with a bid which I asked him to then itemize. He did that, but we felt it was a bit too high and came back with a detailed list of questions. It took a while for him to digest that, and by that time he had enough work for the rest of the year, he said, so we did not get any further. He was polite, friendly and attentive throughout.

Darren responded quickly to my email of inquiry, came out to look at the job and gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable. The whole remodel took only 3 days to complete. Darren and his crew were very respectful, efficient, and worked hard. The day after the skylight was installed, we had rain of Biblical proportions for a solid week--no leaks! They replaced the entire countertop laminate and managed to match the stuff I had on the opposite side of the kitchen, so everything blends together. Darren arranged everything with the subcontractors--I just sat around and played computer games while they worked. I would recommend Sandberg Construction to anybody. Thank you, Darren!

I told him that we weren't in any hurry -- that project just needed to be completed by spring. He said he'd fit it in as he could, and would give us a call the week before. We were out of town when he called -- he said he could have the project completed in three days, just before Christmas, and it would be done when we got back. We had friends who recommended Darren highly, so we said go ahead. The deck was completed when we got home. He replaced all the decking and major beams and all of the support beams except for three that were still in good shape. The deck looks great. You can tell that the joists were the way to go just by walking on it -- it feels very solid. We had a lot of junk under the deck and his crew pilled it neatly on the edge of the lawn to get it out of the way. There's no evidence of the old deck -- the clean-up was excellent.

I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH SANDBERG CONSTRUCTION. THEY WERE HONEST, HARD WORKING AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. DARREN SANDBERG PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND WAS VERY CAREFUL TO COMPLETE THE JOB ACCORDING TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. THE GENTLEMEN HE HIRED WERE ALSO CAREFUL AND COURTEOUS. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS ABILITY TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN THE TIME FRAME THAT HE HAD PROMISED AND HE WORKED WELL WITH OTHER TRADES THAT WERE IN THE HOUSE AT THE SAME TIME.

THEY REALLY DID A NICE JOB ON THE DRYWALL. THEY HUNG THE NEW AND THEN DID THE TAPING AND MUDDING OF THE SHEETROCK. THEY FINISHED THE JOB BY SPRAYING TEXTURE.

THESE GUYS WERE VERY NICE YOUNG MEN WHO WERE JUST DELIGHTFUL TO HAVE WORKING FOR US. THEY WERE VERY HARDWORKING, FRIENDLY AND SKILLED AT WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS COMPANY, WE HAVE ASKED AROUND AND HEARD THESE GUYS WERE GOOD, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO TALK TO OTHERS BEFORE GETTING IMPORTANT WORK DONE.
