Made the initial appointment but received a phone all a few days before the scheduled appointment informing me me that they have to reschedule it due to being short handed for some employees being ill at the time. I agreed to the reschedule since Ed offered a small discount for the inconvenience. When the second appointment day arrives, they were there on time and the end result was great. "Sue washed all the windows inside and out in a home we remodeling.  The job included the skylight ceiling and windows of the sunroom.  She went above and beyond the normal window washing as she had to remove all the blinds from the sunroom windows and ceiling.  She cleaned all the screens and screen tracks.
