There were tons of spots and stains that were left behind. It felt like all they did was get the carpets wet. I made them come back in and redo the areas with the upholstery tool and it did a little better, but still lots of spots left behind. I had another company come out and do the carpets and all those spots came up. Good cleaning, bad carpets."
