They were an exceptional company to work with. Always prompt, polite and respectful. We had or attic completely cleared, sanitized, deodorized, repaired ant had insulation installed. They gutted our crawl space, installed a new sump pump, installed channels, insulated and lined the entire thing. If I could give this company 25 stars, I would. Teri work is impeccable.

The lead man of whom I dealt with was very well qualified. The laborers were on time as the appointment was made.

Not thr greatest on communication but their work is outstanding. Unfortunately have to have much more done (replacing inside floor) and so the saga from burst pipes is on going

Ryan was on time and efficient with our time for the estimate. We have an 1100 ftà  à ² rambler. We wanted to add blown-in insulation over the existing insulation which had settled to the rise of the rafters, very inefficient. His quote came in at the same price as another lowest quote, but with more service built into his estimate. The reason is Insulation Worx is a preferred contractor with PSE, so we received an automatic $700 rebate from PSE. He noted all of the other defects in the attic, and bathroom/kitchen vents that others did (I had 4 estimates total). His crew were on time, friendly, and did all of the work I asked of them, including adding markers for where my canned lights are located, so they would be easier to locate when I do future replacements. They added two dedicated roof jacks for bathroom and kitchen vents, added 2 other vents for added circulation, and cut out birdblock every other rafter, as ours was insufficient. They also air-sealed every canned light and any other place where there was penetration of the ceiling. Adding baffles at all birdblock holes ensured proper attic ventilation, minimizing our chance of developing mold. I have nothing but compliments for the Insulation Worx team!

They were the only company to respond to my inquiries (I left messages with 4 other companies). Ryan came right out to quote the job (blow in insulation to exterior wall.) There was some delays in work scheduling due to Covid issues. They did finally come out. The crew was friendly, did their work and they met my expectation.

When Ryan came out to quote the job, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The crew showed up to do the work on the scheduled day and time as agreed. The blown-in insulation work was done to the agreed upon standard. The work was completed in one day and they did excellent work. Besides insulation I also had them install an attic exhaust fan in the garage that I provided. They did a great job on that as well. The crew was friendly and professional and I would definitely use the company again.

The guys came in and did blown in insulation in my attic to R49 and installed R30 under the house. They got it done in one day, in late august ( super hot ) the entire process was amazing. The three gentlemen that showed up to do the install were super polite and professional. THE BEST PART was the foreman was very knowledgeable about getting the Tacoma power rebate, so they saved me 1000 on the job. Great work guys, will highly recommend to friends.

Didn't get the blown in insulation. Got the crawl space under my house The 2 young installers were friendly and they did a great job. The representative from the company was honest ,knowledgeable and friendly. Very satisfied

These guys were awesome! Our house had some insulation issues in the attic and we wanted to get things cleaned up and get proper air flow in our attic to prevent mold, etc. They came out and did a thorough walkthrough and bid. They showed me issues that were issues and also pointed out that my original thinking was invalid and things weren't as bad as I had imagined. Every issue had accompanying pictures and proof with great explanations as to what the issue was (or wasn't). Price was competitive. The workers that came out were punctual and did the work in the agreed upon time. They also were very nice and helped me add a quick brace in the attic for a new bathroom exhaust fan I was installing. Work was great, communication was clear, they were very courteous and polite. Overall, quality and professional staff and work. I'd recommend to anyone!

Ryan and his crew did a great job. They cleaned out the attic of all of the fiberglass insulation and pest debris, deoderized and sanitized the attic, covered or closed all of the possible pest entry points, reconnected the bathroom exhaust fans to the ducting, and installed blown-in cellulose insulation to code. What we really appreciated was that, after the crew was done with the attic, Ryan "went the extra mile" and checked the garage and pointed out possible rodent entry points. He then foamed around the furnace to eliminate potential entry points in that area.

As a first time home owner this company made me feel as ease and gave me a great prices it was half of what I got for all the bids with better quality of work and also communication was easy they explained and did the job quickly all in all if you are unsure about real estate this is the company to choose they did an amazing job thank you

I hired them to sound proof my ceiling, but it didn't work. Not sure why, the comp. was pretty confident it would work. There were problems with the equip, not sure if that had any thing to do with the install.
