The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."

He was transparent about all parts of the cost (to include his profit), and gave us to option to lower the cost by hauling away debris and painting the porch (which we were more than willing to do). Any delays with the work were met with a phone call and followup email if he didn't get through to either my husband or I immediately, and the construction crew did very high quality work.
