At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. "Stay away from this company. The sales guy will over promise, while the installer under delivers. Fascia board and flashing were incorrectly installed on my front porch, causing rain to drip between the back of the gutter and fascia. Then I was told, it's the best they could do. They also installed new gutters over rotted wood, after I asked both, the sales member, and the installer to replace the rotted section. I'll be correcting these issues on my own since the company refuses to stand behind their work."
