A few years later a skylight started leaking and Mike was onsite and fixed it the same day. "Shane came and took pictures of the roof from the inside of the attic. Most revealing. Shane found that there were several area's that had been leaking but had not yet leaked inside house itself. The baffles were a mess but had kept the rain from penetrating further. I'm so happy to have my new roof. I won't have to worry about it leaking now. The workers were a delight to work with as well. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. I now have the best roof in the area!!!! They were all very professional and knowledgeable."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
