They wanted the business and beat a competitor's bid.  They came with samples and helped us make a decision on the color, etc.  They were delightful to work with, all of them.  My husband worked with one of the owners and was very happy with him.  Our next door neighbors used another company that I've seen around and I am delighted to say the difference is notable.  Spokane Roofing has a very tight fit, which are not the correct terms, but you can see how impeccable the job is.  I'm happy to see my neighbor across the street took our advice and had work done by Spokane Roofing as well.  I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

They returned calls promptly. They showed up and on time for all mtgs. Gave a fair estimate, wk done quickly, efficiently. I have used them before and have always been happy w/ their personal & professional work.

Spokane Roofing was quick to do the estimate and very timely on the re-roof.  They told us it would take 3 days.  The job was done in 2.5 days and looked awesome.  The additional work for hte patch in 2014 looked like it was done when the rood was done.  Great job!

I appreciated that Spokane Roofing returned my phone call the same day, and was able to fix our roof within a couple of days.  I also appreciate that the young man who came out to do the repair was very professional and seems to have done a good job. 
Unfortunately when it comes time to replace our 20 year old cedar shake roof, Spokane Roofing Company will not be one of the companies that I will call.  The cost for the repair seems high for what was done. I was quoted a price range over the phone without anyone looking at the roof and since I had not gone up on the roof to actually see the damage I had no idea what would be involved and thought that the price would be adjusted based upon what had to be done.  It appears that the damage was not as bad as it could have been and only 7 Ridge pieces had to be replace and the amount of time involved was around an hour.  At these prices, $650.00 + tax, I can only imagine what a new roof would cost from Spokane Roofing Company.  So because of that we will not be doing business with them in the future.

"A minimum charge repair for any shake roof is $425.00 plus the tax, which is obviously less then you were charged"
I was charged 650.00 + tax which I believe is more not less.

"Also, if we don't know there is a problem, we can't fix it"
Along with check to pay the invoice I sent your office manager a letter that said basically what I have have posted here.

Obtaining the estimate was easy, and Jeff Sitton was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.  The workers were topnotch, took pride in their work, and were friendly and courteous.  Once work started, it proceeded at a steady pace.  Old rain gutters needed to be removed, and we were pleased Spokane Roofing hauled those off.  New roof looks great.

We would recommend this company again without reservation.

From removal of old roof to installation of a new gutter run accidentally damaged during roof install, I found the people I worked with to be both very professional and proficient with the work they completed. I was very impressed when the foreman on the job made if visible right away that their truck had accidentally contacted and damaged a long gutter run and that they would take responsibility to replace. The actual work to replace the gutter was done in short order after completion of the roof install.
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the new roof and would recommend Spokane Roofing to any of our friends who may be looking at a new roof for their home!

They are doing a great job with the actual work but the project management could be better.  I live in an urban setting so my neighbors are less than four feet away, but they are doing a lot of really good stuff that they don’t damage the neighbor’s home and the work space gets cleaned meticulously.  From what I can tell, they are really fast and efficient.  I would recommend them.  They’ve been around for a long time and the longevity of their business is one of the reasons I chose them.  Also, they have been responsive to my inquiries, the bid was very detailed, and they gave me a great price.  They dropped the ball in terms of preparing me for what the work would entail.  I didn't prepare me neighbors and I should have but I wasn't aware that would be an issue.

They gave me an estimate, and the final price was exactly what they quoted me, which I liked. It did take them longer to get out and see me than I had expected, which I disliked. The communication was a little bit shaky at best. They did not keep me up-to-date as to when they were going to be coming out or doing the work. I can understand that skylight work is kind of low priority, especially if they have a big job ahead of them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

We are so happy with Spokane Roofing and their overall staff.  We had narrowed our choices between another vendor on Angie's list and Spokane Roofing who at that time had not been on Angie's list.  They were referred to us by another very satisfied customer.  From the onset, Jeff was determined to win our business.  There were some very minor differences between the two bids and for the most part they were the same but the terminology was different so he was careful to address those differences for us.  Jeff matched the warranty and beat the price.  The team was very careful of our property and cleaned up on a daily basis.  They were courteous, respectful and professional.  They brought out samples to help us make the right decision and Jeff himself came by when the job was done to see the work and discuss the overall process.  He was a joy to work with all along the way.  Jeff's bid was very detailed and professionally done.  There were several others who didn't provide that kind of breakdown and that just wasn't acceptable.  Interestingly, a neighbor had their roof replaced the week before by another reputable company and the difference between these two jobs is significant.  Spokane Roofing's work is "tight", with flat shingles and straight lines.  We are very happy we chose this company.  We've also have chosen them to replace all the skylights in our home which they will do in a few more weeks.

Spokane Roofing always treated me like I was their #1 customer even though they were very busy.  The quote was detailed and communication was good.  All questions were answered in a very timely manner.  They arrived they day they planned and were always right on time.  They worked a full day and seemed happy with their work. always courteous and respectful.  Another contractor was working on the chimney and required some roof patching before Spokane Roofing was scheduled to start.  Spokane Roofing came out that day and patched the roof to hold off until their scheduled start day (at no extra charge).  I didn't have any issues and am very satisfied with their work.

Spokane Roofing Co was very responsive and professional from the day after I submitted an online estimate to receiving the estimate and scheduling and completing the work. Heather was very helpful and easy to contact via telephone and email. The job was completed in two days and we were AMAZED at how fast they worked and how little mess they made.  The price was very good - it was actually a touch better than another estimate from another company who was proposing to ONLY lay new roof without taking the old material off.
